For New Clients
You will be receiving a phone call after your appointment booking, which will confirm your appointment. If we leave you a message or text you, please contact us back for final confirm, or your appointment time will not be held for you. Please also complete the new client intake packet in full before your counseling intake appointment. If you can’t find the link to your packet, please let us know so that we can resend the link and get you a new password into our client portal.
We also don’t accept bookings from third-parties, and prefer that the client seeking services book for themselves.
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for our sessions, so if you have an appointment and need to cancel, please call our office directly to do so, or cancel through our client scheduling portal. Late cancellations are charged half ($83) and no-shows charged the full fee of $165.
For new couples
Please allow for an initial one hour and forty minute intake appointment. This is only for the first appointment, and subsequent counseling sessions will be fifty minutes long. This double intake session will be charged as two sessions ($330). Please choose "Intake: Couples Counseling" in the online appointment scheduler when you are booking.
Please read and consider the information in the packet carefully, and electronically sign it where it’s indicated to complete it.

Please follow these directions to our Phoenix office:
From 1-10 West/East/202 West/Central Phoenix:
Take 1-10 West or East to the State Route 51, head north and exit Highland/Camelback Rd (4A)
Exit Colter if heading south on the 51 (from N. Phoenix/101/Desert Ridge; see Colter directions below)
Pass Town and Country on your left (Whole Foods/Trader Joe’s complex)
Take Highland to 22nd Street and turn right; the medical mall is on the NE corner of Highland/22nd St.
We’re located on the northeast corner of Campbell and 22nd Street (Campbell Court)

From the State Route 51 (South) from N. Phoenix/Desert Ridge/101 Freeway
Exit Colter heading south on State Route 51
Turn left and follow the bend right to Camelback Road; you’ll pass Cost Plus Imports on the right
Turn left on Camelback Rd. and pass Town and Country on the right after 20th St. (includes Orvis, Forever 21 and Hopdoddy)
Turn right on 22nd Street (head south; SE corner includes One Medical)
Pass through Highland Rd. on 22nd St. to Campbell
